Using our services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. The information you provide should be accurate and complete.

Rental duration

Each rental is for a specific duration, which is agreed on while booking. In cases where an item is returned later than the scheduled date, additional charges may be applied.

Condition of items

All items are inspected before delivery to ensure their quality. The customer should return the items in the same condition in which it was received, except for normal usage during the rental duration.

Payments and refunds

Payment Method

We accept only cash-on-delivery (COD) for all orders. Payment is collected once the item is delivered.

Refunds

Refunds are done through bank transfer. In case you need a refund, kindly reach us at [email protected] with your order details. Items returned will be inspected and upon approval, the refund process will start. Allow 7–10 days for the transfer to complete.
