How to make a return
To return a product, email us at [email protected] with the order details and reason for the return. After approval, we will guide you on how to return the product. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was wrong or defective.
Refund process
Bank transfers are used as the mode for all refunds. On receiving the return item, after inspecting, we will send you an approval status regarding the refund. Should it be approved, we'll need your banking details for transferring the refund into your account. Please note that the time between when you ordered and the credit appearing in your account may vary from 7–10 working days.
Orders and payments
We only receive cash-on-delivery (COD) payments on all orders; hence, if a refund arises, it shall be through a bank transfer process.
